The NWSCA is a small
group of independent neighborhood volunteers, yet when
banded together we become a most powerful group of
people. Each of us represents many homeowners that share
a common cause -- neighborhood safety and less
neighborhood crime. As volunteer "Security
Coordinators", it is not our job to tell the deputy
or deputies assigned to our neighborhoods how to do
their job, but it is our responsibility to see that our
residents are getting their money's worth. It is our
responsibility to stress to the residents that they must
take the responsibility for their own family and house.
They need to lock their doors, they need to lock their
vehicles, they need to know where and what their
children are doing, they need to be aware of the dangers
of the times.
